Relaxation in the eligibility Service - change in the crucial date i.e. 1st January

Relaxation in the eligibility Service - change in the crucial date i.e. 1st January

The matter has been reviewd in consultation with Department of Personnel & Trainng (DoPT). Now it has been decided baed on the advice of the DoPT that relaxation up to three (3) months in eligibility service condition shall be allowed only in cases where promotion is through Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC). But the Relaxation in eligibility service cndition shall not be allowed in case of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE).
